About the role
What you will do
- Provide L3 support for a region-wide logistics platform, owning production incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis on SQL Server and Java / Spring Boot services and coordinate fixes with development teams.
- Run incident and problem management following good practice (ITIL), with clear communication to the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years in application support with real production experience.
- Strong SQL Server (queries, performance, locks, data fixes).
- Java and Spring Boot: read, debug and propose solutions.
- Incident management and production support experience.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
Terms
- Chile-based candidates preferred; Peru and Brazil also considered.
- Remote, Chile business hours.
